从邮件中来看，10月1日之后，就不能再购买加密货币了。但是还是能接受 FCA 监管的加密货币交易所的付款。也就是说，是能接受 Kraken 和 CEX.io 的出金的。
至于买加密货币的话，那只有经过一些平台的中转了，这个我就没有研究了。
